Yep, that looks good alright. I'd try some of them in a pot of gumbo too.

Legs, thighs, and wings are my favorite pieces.
Oh man, you've got to get a Vortex for your Kettle!! Wings are awesome and thighs are just as great. YouTube Vortex ribs I was skeptical but tried and it was very good, still not as good as smoking them but for 45 minutes they're pretty darn good.
+2 on the Vortex. We only season with ground pepper & salt.
Legs, thighs and wings are all I will usually eat.
