I would like to remove the rod tubes in the passenger rod locker. I could only slide it ahead a bit before it runs out of room and binds on all corners. In the mean time, one of the tubes fell off and now lives somewhere in the bottom of the boat.
Has anyone had luck removing the organizer?

I had no problems just taking the screws out that held the plate that the rod tubes were in to remove the entire component. Same with the base that held the rod handles. Everything slid out easily. I then made a small box out of dense thin styrofoam board for the base of the rods to sit on so that the rods would sit more level. This was in the primary rod box just to the passengers side of the middle. The far port box did not have any kind of rod holders in it.

I have done this and it makes it far easier to put rods into that locker. I did keep the rod handle holder in place and that seems to work perfectly. I have a 2023 Caracal.
