Motor doesn't have enough power to keep the bow up at speed.

After we changed props we set ptp at 3.5" and it lost bow lift and speed. I don't know why but this boat losses bow lift if you set the ptp where it should be. That has been the aggravating part of this. It doesn't make sense.

Under powered boats must have the prop set deeper to get bow lift, Bravo prop is your best bet for this combo as they can run higher and still lift the bow. Make sense to me
I think a 23 bravo will get you close, need rpm at max speed up to about 5800

Thanks for the explanation. I didn't know under powered boats needed to be set lower until you and PatriotAW4 explained it to me. Which 23 Bravo do you suggest?

might call marks propellors and get his xlr also? lots less money and a great prop.
