Just curios what you guys use for both mosquitos and a scent killer. Where I live, the mosquitos AIN'T no joke. Worst I've seen in a long time. I use a thermacell but I'm not sure if the deer can smell it or not.

I use the wind for scent control and permethrin for chiggars/mosquitos. Play the wind right and the thermocell will be fine.

I never bothered with scent killer. I am old school when it comes to hunting. I loved bow hunting but hated dealing with the heat and the bugs. I actually did most my bow hunting well into gun season.

Mix equal parts actual vanilla extract and distilled water into a pump spray bottle, shake well and apply before going into woods and again when you set up.Definitely keeps mosquitos away as I've used the same for night fishing many times, has a pleasant scent that could also work as a cover scent/attractant.
I use 100% deet. a dab on my ears and a dab around my forehead, which is the only 2 exposed places. everything else I do is dictated by the wind.

Wind direction is the only effective scent control there is for deer hunting. For the bugs I pre treat my clothes with permetherin or wear Sitka equinox guard clothing, use a therma cell, and ranger spray on exposed skin. Since I started with this strategy a couple years ago, I have been tick, chigger and bug free. Only a couple mosquito bites on skin that wasn't treated or covered like around my eyes.

Spray all my stuff with Permethrin before season starts.
I also use Dead down wind scent killer. Seems to work ok from what I can tell.

Here in the south we have a ton of Stick Weed or Southern Crownbeard. It's just a weed that takes over pasture areas. I always put a bunch of leaves from this into my trash bag of hunting clothes.
