    If you dont mind sharing your info. I mean its free but i'll say some of the recordings that are put up there are not accurate.....

    No QuickDraw…I found it really messed with my mapping. I have it disabled.

    I use the Autochart mapping from Humminbird and truly enjoy it, in fact I can't see living without it, BUT there is no way that I would trust any shared data from anyone that I did not know personally and verify their setup. The first point of error is the depth offset of the transducer. I doubt many even set this so most would be reading depth below the transdcer and not depth from surface. Second is the water level offset. This may mean nothing to most, but if water level fluctuates on a body of water like a reservoir or even Lake Michigan for example, there will be added error if the user does not set this correctly. I've even found that Lakemaster data for a reservoir that I fish is incorrect. If I had to guess, I would say that the bulk of the mapping was done when the level was between 2-3' from full and that the offset was NOT accounted for.
