Prop Slow Spin Forward in Neutral

2020 250 Pro XS 4 stroke 2B770925. Is it normal for the propeller to slowly spin forward while in Neutral? Serviced LU and reinstalled 4 blade prop in 4 equal torque increments. LOF plus replaced fuel/water separator filter. The motor runs perfectly and shifts in and out of gear smoothly. I was told on these motors when the crankshaft is spinning it's normal. I don't recall seeing it before.

Perfectly normal. Gears are spinning anytime the flywheel turns, and the friction caused by the torque of the turning gears will carry the prop along in a "free-wheeling" fashion. This is more pronounced when running on muffs/low water inlet cover.

Thanks Don. I was looking for any more than normal oil slick after the service and noticed the slow spinning propeller.
