    Re: (Bullet_matt)

You need to move the motor up ( WATCH PSI) and lose the LASER they slip awful at speed

    Re: (j10b)

Bruce, the guys are right the Trophy would be a ton better then the Laser.. You need to block off the top 3 or 4 water intake holes so you can raise the motor a little more..

If you ask this in a new post, more owners would see it and you will get more advise Louis

Hey Bruce, maybe we can get together and tweak your setup if you get another prop. I have a 24 Tempest you could try although a 25 would be better.
IM or email me. I don't come in here very often

74 -76 (GPS) LOADED Im 260 partner 230- 260 for me 20 or so sticks 12 to 14 3700s full about 60 lbs plastics +20lbs ice + pop water tools full gas plus rain gear and all my partners rods,30 lbs or so tackle . runing a croxtonized 27 or so txp W/ pvs holes I think it could run faster but the prop got dinged on the2nd day of the trip so I kind of gave up on playing with the jack plate. not too bad for running with a small ding in the prop . I would liked to see 80 Imight have if the prop had been clean on a higher jack plate setting , Ive seen 76.4 loaded w/ my tro4 27 so I think that txp had some more to go Ill have to see this spring I have a bobs nosecone a mod vp tuner, and solid motor mounts @6300-6400 rpms

Re: List Your Bullet Set-ups and Performance Numbers... (scstarr)

    Hey Guys,

I started visiting this site a long time ago, but graduate school and back surgery have kept me away for awhile. Here is my boat but I aint nearly through tweaking it...lol

    1992 20XRD
1994 Merc 200 Carb , 225 Front Half, Boyssen Reeds
26 Trophy Plus @ 1" above pad - Stock, 12" Rapid Jack Magnum
    34 CC JSRE Heads
    BOB'S Tuner

After installing the Heads and tuner a few months ago, my mechanic driving by himself (200 lbs.) with all my gear, 3/4 tank of gas ran 84.6 GPS. I also have the alien cowl but it is not shown on this pic. I will post more soon when I can clean her up real good. Sam
This is when I first got it....

    This is now....
