What prop are you running on a 21 PHX Merc 250 XS

Plugged or open holes? What are you seeing with hole shot and top end speed and RPM?

23p fury 4 I see 67 top end with a heavy load and two guys. Holeshot seems good but haven’t timed it. Much better than a three blade out of the hole. It’s not a fast hull.

My buddy runs a 25p fury 3. He sees around 67-68. Holeshot is good. My 21phx with Yamaha runs around 72 with a 24p

Im running a 23p fury 3 blade. I have only had my boat out one time so far but it has a great hole shot and I had half tank of gas 2 people and was able to get 70.4 not really trying hard. I came from a 721 to this 21phx knowing I was gonna loose speed. I was absolutely blowed away by the ride and if I can get 70mph thats plenty fast for me. I love my 21phx
