Caymas Customer Service
Took a neighbor down the road to Ashland City last week because of a trailer issue, somehow his two yokes that holds his roller got bent before he ever picked it up. He had been using it a few weeks when he said something to me about his problem. I called Earl and he said come on down let's get this man fixed up. I got up early next morning and headed on down where we meet Rick at the office while we were in Earls office. Rick was absolutely super in taking care of my friend, trailer had to go to the trailer shop for repairs, picked it up two weeks later and couldn't be happier. Then I got a call from Earl making sure my neighbor was taken care of, THAT MY FRIENDS IS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Talk to a rep at Caymas yesterday at 10:30 am. Very understand and nice on the phone. Needing a piece for my 2022 CX19. UPS delivered it today around 1.
Great service from the Caymas folks.
