    Lake Geneva

How is the bass fishing in lake Geneva? I have a grandson who is attending Hobart and we are looking to visit him while he’s there and would love to catch some fish while we are there.

You’d be much better off to go to Cayuga or Keuka if you wanted to get into some fish.

Last time I fished Seneca it was real slow. That was the first week of July and were catching smallmouth in 15’ -20’ of water.

Cayuga is just a short hop down route 20.(14 miles) Seneca is a big beautiful lake and there are bass there, but Cayuga being so close, would be a much better day of bass fishing.

I visted my son on Cayuga the last week of July and we were catch large mouth in less than 20' on cranks. Easy Peasey
