    24 July report

    Same lake different results. Although we caught 17 nothing over 2 1/2 lbs and several dinks. Big girls just were not biting. IM sure it’s due to the recent full moon. I hate summer fishing full moon cycle with no wind. They just aren’t hungry after gorging all night

    I used to really look at the moon phase ect. But I only get Saturday morning and some Sundays plus a holiday or vacation day to fish so I just quit looking at it and fish when I can… Now if I’m lucky enough to retire and still fish I’ll be all over it!!
    I had a great late winter spring this year but the summer has been a grind not as good this summer as last for me I would say. Fall is right around the corner and I love that time of year!!
