    Out of the blue a couple of days ago my trim starting leaking down again. For 3-4 years the trim has not leaked down after the seals were replaced. Would you please post the procedure for getting the seals to possibly reposition where the trim does not leak down. Thank you!

    You can check the manual relief screw.

    Also, make sure there is ample room underneath the gearcase to prevent contact with the ground (or lake bottom if in water).

    Run trim full-down, and hold it against the DOWN position (stalling trim) for 4 seconds.

    See if that helps.

    If not, try it against full UP (just make sure the engine cowling won't contact anything, steering won't be pinched/bent, etc FIRST). Stall full up for 4-seconds, run it full down and repeat at full down.

    If the problem persists, there's likely internal leaks (seals, check valves, etc).
